  • Where is the store based?

    Macclesfield, United Kingdom

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes- I am UK based, I ship worldwide (via Royal Mail), please account for this in shipping times

  • Where is this store based?

    England, UK. Please be aware of this if placing time sensitive international orders

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic (UK) orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and how it is sending post due to covid 19.
    International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks. Again, due to coronavirus shipping times are delayed. I will be checking the royal mail site every time I receive an international order to ensure postage can still make it. If it cannot, I will cancel and refund

  • Can I have my order tracked?

    i have the option for tracked and untracked shipping, if you've mislaid your tracking number, send me an email and I'll hopefully find it for you. Shipping can only be upgraded to tracked if you contact me within 2 days of your order

  • I received a tracking number but I paid for un-tracked shipping?

    If you're a repeat customer (in some cases), or spent over a certain amount of money, or your parcel is a strange shape/is a resend of a damaged item, I will automatically upgrade you to tracked shipping with no extra charge
    It's not tracked and signed (unless you're in the uk), so no need to worry about being in to receive it
    If you paid for tracking and have not received a number, I've either forgotten to type it in when filling in shipping or paid for the wrong shipping type. If there's no number on both the paypal and storenvy invoice please contact me. I will either refund you or send you additional items to make up for the payment difference depending on what has happened.

  • Item is out of stock, when will it be back?

    If something sells fast, I'll attempt to restock within the week. if it's a slow seller, I'm unlikely to restock. Festive items are also only restocked in their season and within time for them to arrive to the buyer

  • How do you pack the greeting cards?

    All cards and envelopes are paired together and wrapped in an A4 plastic wallet, then inside a brown large letter envelope. They do not come with individual plastic wraps
    If you order more than 10 A6 cards they are wrapped as a parcel with similar protection

  • How many cards do I get?

    All card amounts are listed on their item page, but if you're unsure or would like a large amount, contact me and we can work something out

  • I want x item but it's only available in a variant I don't want

    I usually have a few spare lying around, if you dm me I'll adjust my stock levels (if possible) so you can purchase the version of the item you want

  • Can I commission you for (x)?

  • Why is only "international tracked" shipping available?

    A number of customers have reported issues selecting shipping when buying on mobile browsers. Computer/app purchases seem unaffected by this, but if you are still having difficulties please email me

  • How is your store going to change after brexit?

    I have no idea! I am UK based, with my most popular countries to sell to being USA, Australia, UK & Ireland. I will not be closing my store due to brexit, but it may mean shipping takes longer, postage more expensive, extra customs fees etc
    I will endeavour to make any changes as obvious as possible with as much warning as I can, I will not invoice customers for additional charges I incur due to my own customs error when shipping to the EU
    Please be aware my prices are in $USA on my storefront, but will be listed in £GBP on the customs invoice

  • Are the earrings ok for sensitive skin?

    Yes, the hooks are sterling silver and the backs are silicon. The loops are silver and the charms themselves are acrylic plastic

  • Can you make me a custom keyring/pair of earrings

    yes, contact me for pricing/more work examples

  • Can I recycle....

    everything (including packing, stickers, business cards) that I have printed and created recycles
    The golden ratio vinyl faces only stickers do not recycle

  • I saw your stuff on ebay/amazon/redbubble/aliexpress

    my redbubble is ellielouised and is the only redbubble allowed to host my work (barring the graduation pic on thegoldenratio4)
    I don't mind if people resell items on ebay, but please contact me if you see it (so i can check specifications/legitimacy). I will be selling my own keyrings on there for UK buyers, so it might be me you spot :)
    I do not resell on any other website (but buy my book on amazon- the golden ratio fun in the sun)
